The active ingredient (bismuth subsalicylate) also helps stop the food poisoning bacteria and to remove the toxins they produce. Ingredients The active ingredient is Bismuth Subgallate (262.5 mg). The other ingredients are Calcium Carbonate, Maninitol, Povidone, Talc, Magnesium Stearate, Amaranth Aluminium Lake, Saccharin Sodium, Peppermint flavour, Vanilla Cream flavour and Aspartame.
