If you’ve ever dieted, you’ll know the feeling … you want the weight off NOW, not in three months time!  Whilst that can’t always happen, you can find many ways in which to “lighten the load” of responsibility for what you eat.  How?  Well, by getting your diet food delivered straight to your door for one.  If it sounds outside the reach of your pocket, you might need to think again.  The cost of having diet food delivered may be only as much as the amount you’re paying now.  Consider – there will be no schlepping to the supermarket, no hard choices at the confectionary or cheese sections (and others)!  You can save shopping time and use it wisely … going to the gym for example?  It’s a win-win.

It just HAS to be the simplest diet to stick to!  If diet food delivered to your home contains all your needs, you won’t have to think about anything except eating!  Sounds promising.  So how does it work?  From cleansing juices to vegetarian vegan burgers and curries, the food is calorie controlled, balanced and usually dropped off on your doorstep in a cool bag in the early hours of the morning.  The portions are usually quite generous, so you shouldn’t go hungry and most firms pride themselves in using fresh, organic food with plenty of veg.  You can opt for wheat free meals if you wish, or need to.  Diet delivered food means no calorie counting, no cooking, different foods daily and a definite weight loss.  What’s not to like?
